MOU completes 4-year term in 2022 Visa extension service Work permit for another 2 years

On March 15, 2022, the Cabinet approved foreign workers according to the MOU that the term of employment completes 4 years, can stay and work for no more than 2 years

MOU Service Procedures Completed 4 years

1. Workers go for health check-ups at government hospitals or private hospitals with permission for foreign workers to have health check
2. Labor taking photo picture
3. The employer signs the form that we provide.
4. Submit documents and pay bills to the company.

Procedures for visa and work permit MOU completion of 4 years

1. Make a list of name list only for Cambodia and Laos.
2. Alien health check (details of health check)
3.Submit documents for a work permit at the Department of Employment. The Department of Employment will issue a work permit for a period not exceeding 2 years
4.Submit visa extension documents at the immigration office Will inspect for permission to stay in the kingdom temporarily to work for no more than 2 years from the date of permission to stay in the kingdom ends
5 Apply for registration of a person who does not have Thai nationality (make a pink alien card)

Employer’s Required Documents

1. Copies of the Company’s affidavit not older than 3-6 months (in the case of a juristic person) to 4 sets
2. Copies of the employer’s ID card or authorized directors, amounting to 4 sets
3. Of the employer’s house registration or authorized director to 4 sets
4. Copies of commercial registration or commercial registration or registration certificate 20 to 4 sets
5. Company maps to 4 sets
